Vegan garlic fries

A delicious flavorful side option for garlic lovers!

Ingredients

4 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced steak fry style

Avocado oil spray

2-4 tablespoons vegan butter

1/2 tablespoon dried parsley

3 cloves minced garlic

Ground black pepper and pink salt, to taste

Optional: vegan parmesan

Instructions

Slice four peeled russet potatoes into thin slices then cut each slice once down the middle, this will make steak style fries.

I threw half of the fries into my air fryer (cooked them in two batches) for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. If you don’t have an air fryer, use the oven! Preheat to 400 and spread sliced potatoes onto large cookie sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes (depending how crispy and golden you like your fries).

While the fries are crisping up, in a small pot, combine vegan butter, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt and allow to melt. That’s all you need for the sauce.

Once fries are done, toss the sauce onto the fries. I topped mine with freshly grated vegan parmesan. Delicious!
