vegan 4 Ingredient banana brownies

These are the easiest brownies you will ever make. Four ingredients, gluten free AND guilt-free! Perfect for a quick grab and go treat to satisfy any sweet tooth!

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashew butter (or any nut butter)

3 super ripe bananas

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

Cacao nibs (optional topping)

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Melt nut butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. 

Add to a bowl and smash in the bananas. 

Add maple syrup and cacao powder. Stir well.

Spray a muffin pan with coconut oil then add batter.

Top with cacao nibs, vegan chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Store in fridge or in any cool, dry place for up to a week.
