Made delicious, healthy, no sugar added, gluten-free brownies with my youngest. Each square has approximately 10g protein, 145 calories and 6g fiber. It also contains probiotics because of the @earthchimp powder.
INGREDIENTS
18 pitted dates
4 tbsp peanut butter powder (+ water to mix together)
1/2 cup almond flour
2 scoops Vega chocolate protein powder
1 packet Earth Chimp probiotic protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips for top
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) into a food processor or high speed blender, process til smooth.
Press into parchment lined 9x9 pan and top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350, top should be firm.
Allow to fully cool before slicing.
Store in refrigerator.
